Shipping

Shipping:

Shipping is free to the US , 1.00 to Canada and 14.00 to the rest of the world.  This is a flat rate meaning it's a one time charge per order no matter how many items you buy.

We have 2 locations. One in New York and one in Halifax NS. If you buy from the USA we will use the NY location and if you buy from Canada we will ship to you from Halifax.  International orders will be shipped mostly from NY but depending on cost it could come from Halifax.  If you have an account with us you will receive your tracking number. We can't control postal times, delays happen so please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the product we do not take returns unless we have made an error.  If we have made an error then we will most likely just ask you for a picture to verify the problem without putting you through a return.
